Benefits of Aerobic Exercise

Does anyone out there know any 80-year-old ladies who enjoy and thrive on the benefits of aerobic exercise on a regular basis?

I certainly don’t know too many, but my nan (pictured) recently turned 80, and I have always known her to enjoy the benefits of aerobic exercise. Nan participates in classes at her local gym 2 or 3 times a week, and is engaged in all kinds of incidental exercise on a daily basis.

Is there anyone else out there who would like to look and feel like my gorgeous nan when they turn 80 years of age?
I know that I would (only the man version, of course :-) )!

I’m not saying that everything about nan is perfect (although I am a bit biased, and she’s pretty close!), but I wanted to use her as an example of the benefits of aerobic exercise, along with the benefits of good nutrition.

We aren’t saying that you should do exactly what my nan does to ensure that you reach 80 years of age (and are still goin’ strong at 80!), but as anyone who knows anything about our philosophy, we are all about doing what is right for YOU.

I also wanted to mention a text that my mother got from her sister (Nan’s daughters), showing a picture of Gut Instinct Kombucha tea, with the caption

“Nan just finished mowing the lawn, she’s had her
kombucha drink,
and I think she’s going to mow the neighbours now!”

We do sell products too!

Yes, we do have products that we sell, and we enjoy making a living from providing high-quality products that enhance the life of others, because we want to help others....

This is the main aim for us here at

to enhance the lives of anyone who engages with this brand.

How do you know I’m not just another slimy salesman trying to sell you the next magic pill? Well, invariably some people will. That’s fine. I am not here to impress every person on this planet with a slick sales pitch, but you can go with your gut about me as a person, and the brand, it’s products and the website.
It’s your choice.
